Delivery terms
• Delivery areas: Deliveries within Bulgaria are made through the courier company Econt, as well as to selected countries abroad. Econt delivery prices are fixed.
• Delivery time:
The standard delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days (except for settlements served by Econt). Please note that during DOR Dose Of Rose promotional campaigns it may take up to 5 business days.
• Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, as well as national holidays are processed respectively - Monday or the first business day after the holiday.
• Shipping cost:
Delivery prices are fixed by the courier company Econt:
- to an Econt office 4.90lv.
- to address 5.90lv
- Free shipping: For orders over 150 BGN for deliveries in Bulgaria. (except during active discount periods)

Return conditions
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the goods he has purchased within 14 days, and may choose to return the product from a personal address or offices of courier companies Econt and Speedy. The customer does not have to pay any costs, except for those for return delivery. The period begins to run from the date of receipt of the product.
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return application.
You can return products only when the overall packaging and appearance of the item is NOT damaged.
We reserve the right NOT to refund the product and to return the item to the customer if the integrity and appearance of the product is damaged.
